If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods as long as we receive them back within 14 days of receipt in perfect, saleable condition and with all labels attached. You can return parts or your entire order to us.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. Please try items on with care. Clothing that has already been washed or worn is excluded from exchange.

We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is within Germany. 

On orders from other countries, please send us the return by your own method. We suggest you use a trackable service from your local post service as we can only take responsibility for items which were sent insured and with a tracking number in case of a parcel getting lost. Important note (for shipments outside the EU): please affix the invoice on the outside of your parcel and write in big letters ECOMMERCE RETURN – NO DUTY PAYABLE. Please make sure to follow this guideline accurately, as we can't take responsibility to pick up parcels from the post office or customs.

Additional Rights

If you are a customer in the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein or Iceland, you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.  

If you wish to cancel an online purchase, please email us at within 14 days of receipt of your order. You must return your goods in perfect original saleable condition and with all tags attached within 14 days.

For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.


We cannot accept any returns on underwear and socks for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described.

If seals are broken on any sealed products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 


We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online.

Payment of Refunds

Refunds online will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.

Faulty Items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. Every claim must be registered by e-mail ( first.

If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
